This tour, clients will depart at Can Tho Bike Tours office. It has two time in a day with this tour Cycling Can Tho that is 6:00 AM and 14:00 PM everyday. If you want to join in the tour please book advance at least 2 hours before starting time.
What time in a day is the best to do this tour?
At 6:00 AM in the morning is as the best time, it is cool weather, freshest air, and cycling like excersice in the morning. Specaily, you can see Cai Rang floating market from pier and crowded local market where they come to search foods everyday. Then you continue with bicycle along Ba Lang canals and get on small ferry to otherside canals where you will see more countryside and how local develop their life.
On the way you will stop some places as Gian Gua that you will see a special tree call Ficus Microcapa is famouse with local in the pass and present. Then you continue with more countryside the cross other ferry to Cacao Farm, this is organic farm and is a first family make chocolate in Viet Nam in 1960s.
After that you will explore continue to some paths and routes to see how local life in Can Tho in Mekong Delta, you will pass many canals along the way.
Before finish cycling, you have about 5km experience on the city ride and back to Can Tho Bike Tours end the cycling trip about 35km.
How about in the afternoon cycling?
It is a bit high temperature but also nice time to see in the afternoo, it is not crowded like the morning traffic and quite in countryside. You will do same route with the morning and same visiting you will enter at noon.
Before you do cycling you should check for weather and repair some necessary as sunblock, sunglasses, walking or cycling shoeses, hat even rain coast too.
