Starting explore local market with your guide, you will see how Vietnamese go to market everyday, and make some photos market’s color, and you will understand how the presidents friendly.
You walk around the market and search some ingredients to cook as you need as chili, peper, vegetable, fish, meat, all most freshest.
About 8:30, you and your guide will be transfer by taxi/car/van to the very nice family to start cooking.
Most freshest ingredients are repaired by farmily already, now you will understand how to cook Vietnamese foods with Mekong taste.
Some foods you will make today are Cha Gio( spring roll), Mekong sweet & sour soup with shrimp/fish, Fish/meat caramelized braise in clay pot, and vegetable stir fried and steam rice. And desert is secret.

About 13:00 you will take a nap then back to your hotel by taxi in your own, and end the cooking class in the day.
