EXCURSION & COOKING CLASS

In the morning,  your guide will be pick up at 6:00 then transfer to pier and get on the Sampan.

The Boat weaving for 30 minutes to Cai Rang Floating Market, it is largest in Mekong. You will taste foods and freshest fruits to get experiences with local on water. You will taste noodle soup and hot or cold Vietnamese coffee.

Then your trip continue to small canals and get in deep a bit to see a pretty canals, then turn back and stop to visit a family to learn how to make rice noodle in the South Viet Nam.

And back to your boat will weave to local market, it is real market where local come and buy every day. You can see so many colors on market inside and outside, and many  Vietnamese spices too. Then you can shop some you like as chilli, peper… and vietnamese mints.

After around local market, your guide will take you to family where they repair all ingredients to cook your foods for lunch. You will join to make foods as main foods in a meal as Spring roll, Vietnamese sour& sweet soup with shrim/fish, Fish/ meat cooked with fish sauce in clay pot, and Banh Khot. All of foods you will make and enjoy with family.

After lunch, your trip continue with a short cycling around village to see local life and also stop to taste dragon fruit, and visit Organic Cacao Farm. Then cycling back to family and back to your hotel with your guide by car/taxi/van end your day trip.
